Thanks for all your advice. Before I used to run 3-7 miles everyday and I always felt drained, exhausted, light headed, and tired. I used to spend a lot of time in the gym doing a lot of different lifts and not being able to lift more than I did the time before. Now, I do full body workouts and intervals. My workouts take half the time they used to. I lift a lot more, I've noticed huge gains in muscle size and strength, I never get light headed, and I have plenty of energy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
