The system covers pretty much everything you need to know about nutrition & exercise to lose weight, get a fit body and get healthier.

The first section of the book is all about dieting, in particular the "SUPERDIET" which allows you to get all the benefits of a low calorie diet -- but by only dieting 2-days-per-week!

Then in the second section of the book, you'll discover the world's most effective fat burning and muscle buildling workouts. Even if you're a woman, it's REALLY important to build muscle when you're dieting because science has proven over and over again that the more muscle you have the healthier you'll be!

  • Is this system only for men? Is this system only for women?

This system works equally well for both men AND women. In some instances, it may seem like I'm only talking about men when I write, but that's only because I am a man -- and this shows through in some of my examples and writings.

But make no mistake: a fat loss system that works well for a man works EVEN BETTER for a woman because many times women have much less fat to lose -- and it can be lost a lot quicker!

That being said: the system is proven to work for both men & women (in fact, I'd say over half of the research studies done on the "SUPERDIET" were done on obese women!)

  • What type of shape do I need to be in before I start this system? Am I too old? Am I too over-weight?

The great thing about this system is you can start, literally, wherever you are now and change your life dramatically in a very short time!

You don't have to already be in good shape ... you don't have to be young ... you don't have to be a "fitness nut" -- you just have to commit to dieting 2-days-per-week!

In fact, my own mother (who is now a grandmother and in her fifties) is excited about the "SUPERDIET" program because she hates to workout, has smoked since her teenage years, has arthritis, and has always had severe asthma. If it works for my own mother it will work for you TOO!

  • How old do you need to be to use this system?

You need to be 18 to purchase this system, but if you are a parent and you want to purchase this system for your teenage daughter or son, that would be fine.

After reviewing the book with your child, it's important to get a physical check-up and to consult with your doctor before starting this or any exercise or diet program.

  • What if I'm already in good shape? Can this help me get REALLY lean?

Yes, I used to be a little over 10% body fat, but I wanted the "Brad Pitt from fight club REALLY ripped look" and that's how I discovered this diet.

Nowadays, I'm below 10% all year round ... and I know of another friend who stays around 6% body fat year-round (he's a little more strict with his diet than I am!) using this type of system.

  • Does this system have any workouts, or is it only about dieting?

This system is in two parts:

  • Do I need any special equipment? Or a gym membership to do the workouts in this system?

To get you started on the right foot, I give you the principles behind what makes for an effective workout program -- that way you can always know what to do next, even though you may not have specific workouts.

That being said I include both a beginners bodyweight only workout (which you can do at home with no equipment necessary--except maybe a pull-up bar if you desire) ... AND... I include a beginners weight training program which you will need access to a barbell weight set for.

  • Do I need to buy fat burners or pills or anything like that with this system?

Absolutely NOT! You don't need to buy any additional weight loss pills, powders or anything like that.

Additionally, you will never need to take "meal replacment" shakes, bars or special "diet" foods like this when you use my system.

  • I'm vegetarian -- will it work for me?

Yes, the "SUPERDIET" system will work equally well for you if you're a vegetarian. I don't recommmend being a vegetarian, and in the little bit of guidance I give in the book about "what to eat" I give recommendations that might conflict with the vegetarian lifestyle.

But this still works for vegetarians because the "SUPERDIET" is NOT about what you eat -- it's about WHEN you eat your meals and the specific patterns you eat them in!

  • Is it safe to order from your website? How Do I know for sure?

Yes! It is completely safe to order from this website. I know many people have a fear of ordering online, and I used to feel this way too, but online payment systems have become EXTREMELY secure over the last few years do to advances in technology.

  • What is an ebook & how does it work & how do I know I can make it work on my computer?
